Satisfaction Guarantee
We would like to extend to all those who purchase an Espresso Forge direct from us the unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the Forge, we will do everything we can to make it right. We are a small family company and pride ourselves on quality and getting things right.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment as long as there is no major visible wear. If product has visible wear, we can still accept returns at any time, and condition will depend on the amount we are able to refund. Shipping back to us will be handled by the customer, unless problems are due to a factory defect in assembly or non-consumable materials. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for refunds if product is opened and then returned.
Warranty
All Forges come with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee*. Included are the following non-consumable stainless machined parts:
- Piston
- Cylinder
- Top Plate
- Bottom Ring
- T-Handle
Not included are replaceable parts under normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- O-Rings
- Gaskets
- Baskets
- Shower Screen
- Pressure Gauges
- Stand
*Lifetime Guarantee
We guarantee the above non-consumable parts to be in good working order for life, fully transferable to any owner of the Forge.
Limitations include:
- Normal wear, tear and aging
- Accidental drop
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Damage cause by tampering with or by other than normal use
- Damage or defects caused by mistreatment or modification
- Loss or theft
The above limitations shall be determined solely by an Espresso Forge representative on a case by case basis.
